The Apache girls' basketball team beat Summit High School 85-52 in the first round of the CIF D 1AA playoffs held Saturday at Arcadia High School.
On Feb. 20, the Apaches will take on Fullerton's Troy High School, which is ranked 25th in the nation and ninth in the state. Arcadia is ranked 102 in the state.
