1 Killed In RivCo Double Shooting, Homicide Investigators Seek Answers
Early Sunday, one man was shot to death at a Normandy Court home. Another appeared at a nearby hospital, also suffering gunshot wounds.

SAN JACINTO, CA —A man died from "significant injuries" and a boy suffered a gunshot wound in a San Jacinto assault, authorities said Monday as homicide investigators piece together the attack piecing.
Just before 1:15 a.m. Sunday, Riverside County Sheriff's Department deputies were dispatched to an 1800 block of Normandy Court neighborhood.
There were multiple reports of an assault with a deadly weapon, according to Riverside County Sheriff's Sgt. Lance Stoyer.

Deputies arrived at a Normandy Court home and found the man on the ground suffering from "significant injuries," Stoyer said. That person was pronounced dead at the scene. His name was withheld pending notification of relatives.
A short time later, a boy arrived at a nearby hospital and was treated for a non-life-threatening gunshot wound, the sergeant said.

"Investigators determined that this second victim was injured during the incident on Normandy Court," Stoyer said.
According to the department, no suspect information was immediately available, and no arrests have been made.
