1 Person Seriously Injured In San Jacinto House Fire

The blaze was reported in the 2000 block of St. Emilion Lane​.

SAN JACINTO, CA — One person was seriously injured Monday night in a San Jacinto house fire.

According to Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department, the blaze was reported at 7:38 p.m. in the 2000 block of St. Emilion Lane. The area contains tract homes.

When firefighters arrived at the scene, they found a single-story home "involved with fire," according to the fire department.

One non-firefighter was sent to a local hospital with "major injuries," the fire department said. An update on the victim was unavailable. No other injuries were reported.
