12 People Arrested During Moreno Valley DUI Checkpoint
A total of 605 vehicles were screened, according to the Riverside County Sheriff's Department.

MORENO VALLEY, CA — Twelve people were arrested during a DUI checkpoint in Moreno Valley, the Riverside County Sheriff's Department announced Saturday.
The checkpoint was conducted Friday night from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. at the intersection of Alessandro Boulevard and Alessandro Plaza.
Four people were arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, three people were arrested on suspicion of miscellaneous misdemeanors, one person was arrested for an outstanding federal warrant for probation violation and four others were arrested for driving with a suspended driver's license, according to the sheriff's department.

A total of 605 vehicles were screened during the checkpoint.
Funding for the checkpoint was provided by a grant from the California Office of Traffic Safety, through the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
