Fire Erupts From Single Story Pedley Avenue Home Early Monday

NORCO, CA — Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department rushed to the scene of a garage aflame in Norco early Monday morning.

Just before 8 a.m., firefighters arrived at the 4800 block of Pedley Avenue, where a garage was on fire.

Firefighters prevented the blaze from spreading into the home, and by 8:15 a.m., the living portion of the structure was saved. The residents were not displaced by the garage fire, according to a Cal Fire spokesperson.

Crews would remain in the area until at least 9:30 or 10 a.m. for cleanup and overhaul. No one was injured in this incident, they said.
