2 Men Rob Beaumont Business, Take Off With Cash

BEAUMONT, CA — Beaumont police are asking for the public's help identifying two men who robbed a local business on Thursday. The incident was reported at a smoke shop in the 700 block of Beaumont Avenue, in between 7th and 8th streets.
According to police, the men held up the business around 9:39 p.m. Thursday.
"The witness reported two Black male adults entered the business, presented a handgun and proceeded to take an undisclosed amount of cash from the register," police said in a news release.

The two then left the shop and took off in a green Ford Explorer, police said.
"One of the suspects was wearing a black plaid, flannel hooded jacket, black shirt, black shorts, white socks and shoes," according to police. "The second suspect was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black sweatpants with a white stripe and black and white tennis shoes."
