2 People Injured, 1 Critically, In Beaumont Crash

BEAUMONT, CA — A two-vehicle crash Wednesday morning in Beaumont left two people with injuries, one critical, according to Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department.

The crash was reported at approximately 9:12 a.m. at Fairway Drive and Brookside Avenue, at the edge of Beaumont city limits.

"One patient was extricated with critical injuries, and the second patient suffered moderate injuries," according to the fire department.

Both victims were sent via ground ambulance to a local hospital.

The vehicles had "major damage," the fire department reported.

The crash cause remains under investigation.
