CABAZON, CA — One person was hurt in a Monday morning crash in the Cabazon area after two vehicles crashed off Interstate 10, officials report. The wreck happened around 8:30 a.m. along the eastbound side of the roadway, east of Morongo Trail.

According to preliminary California Highway Patrol reports, the truck and sedan flipped off the right hand shoulder of the freeway and landed about 25 feet away.

Fire officials tell Patch one person had minor injuries after the maroon truck, which was towing a white car, crashed.
