
Assemblyman Brian Nestande, R-Palm Desert, plans to host free movie events for military veterans and their families, Nov. 8 to Nov. 10, in Cherry Valley, Indio and Hemet, his staff announced Friday.
The movie to be screened at all three locations will be "Olympus Has Fallen," a 2013 action thriller that depicts a North Korean-led guerrilla assault on the White House, according to Nestande's staff.
