Attempted Kidnapping Suspect Sought, Riverside Police Release Video
The victim told investigators she was grabbed from behind but managed to escape when another person intervened, according to police.

RIVERSIDE, CA — Riverside police are asking for the public's help Thursday in tracking down a man who allegedly tried to kidnap a woman at a local apartment complex.
The suspect was caught on surveillance video at the Core at Sycamore Highlands Apartments in Riverside where the alleged kidnapping attempt occurred around 10 p.m. Jan. 4.
Police released a video segment Thursday, which shows a man believed to be the suspect walking at the complex located at 5946 Sycamore Canyon Boulevard. He is described by police as Black, between 30 and 40 years old, about 5’6” tall, with a medium build.
