Average Banning, Beaumont Area Gas Price Unchanged
The average price is six-tenths of a cent more than one week ago and 9.2 cents higher than one month ago, data shows.
RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CA — The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in Riverside County was unchanged Friday, remaining at $3.262, one day after dropping four-tenths of a cent.
The average price is six-tenths of a cent more than one week ago and 9.2 cents higher than one month ago but 9.8 cents less than one year ago, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.
The average price has dropped six-tenths of a cent since the start of the year.

"The California Energy Commission reported Wednesday that Southern California gasoline supplies are now well below average levels for the past five years, but so far that news has not dramatically affected wholesale prices," said Jeffrey Spring, the Automobile Club of Southern California's corporate communications manager.
"Oil Price Information Service analysts say the low supply level is likely due to both planned and unplanned maintenance at local refineries."
