The property is located in the 58300 block of Botkin Roadin Landers, and each trailer is decked out in a bit of Pierson's "hippy" personality, as seen in photos by local photographer Shafik Wahhab.

Pierson, 76, is an original B-52s New Wave Rock band member. She is known for her bright red hair, love of costumes, funky jewelry, and recognizable vocal stylings. According to realtor Niko Esposito, the property in Landers is an irreverent and vibrant love letter to her rock era. Each air stream harkens to past tours and Pierson's love of "Halloween Every Day."

The site also has "cosmic vibes" if you are looking for someone from "Planet Claire." According to the listing, a starry night viewing at Joshua Tree is ideal for seeking extraterrestrials to vibe with.

"Nestled on 5 acres of breathtaking mountain views and starry nights, this vintage Airstream park exudes retro charm with six fully outfitted trailers, each bursting with vibrant colors, ready for your love and personal touches to welcome guests for a one-of-a-kind glamping experience," listing agent Niko Esposito wrote of the glamping property.
"It was [Kate and Monica's] passion project. They love the high desert," Esposito told SFGATE in a recent article. "They put a lot of love into it."
According to the pictures on the listing, the property may need a bit of love.

It is important to note that when purchasing a potential rental property such as this, the campground has a "Conditional Use Permit" that goes with the sale, he said, allowing the next owner to use the property as a motel, trailer park, or campground, Esposito said. According to the listing, there is also an adjoining 5-acre parcel with a poured concrete foundation and utilities, perfect for an event space.

Of selling the property, she said on her Facebook fan page, "We are looking forward to handing over the reins of our high desert outpost."
They still own Kate's Lazy Cape in Massachusetts, an Airbnb rental that sleeps six and is a five-minute walk to a private beach. It is available for $850 a night.
