Beaumont Police Hosts 'National Night Out' In August: What To Know
With entertainment and other ways to engage with first responders, the National Night Out promises to be a fun event for the whole family.

BEAUMONT, CA — The Pass Area emergency responders are hosting a family-friendly event that brings together the excitement of exploring fire trucks, police vehicles, construction equipment, and more - giving kids a chance to meet the heroes who build, serve, and protect our community.

The event, planned for July 31, from 5 to 9 p.m. will be held between 6th and 8th Street in Beaumont, officials announced. This is the 4th year that the police have hosted this "Touch a Truck" event.

"For this one-night-only event, the market will feature food trucks only, serving up delicious eats while the streets are filled with emergency response and commercial vehicles for the public to explore," a spokesperson for the department said. "It's an unforgettable evening of food, fun, and community in the heart of downtown Beaumont!"
