BEAUMONT, CA — Beaumont launched a new website design this week, a platform that includes new informative sections, an interactive Chatbot and more.

The redesign, unveiled on Monday, offers a "user-focused" approach which is meant to help locals, business owners and those visiting the city "in fewer clicks."

  • Improved Navigation Menu: An updated menu is organized to highlight popular topics and streamlined with five new headers – community, government, programs & services, events & attractions and departments.
  • Additional Quick Links: The new links are meant to help residents find information and resources. For example, some links are labeled as such: “Where’s the Bus?” and “Start a Business."
  • New Sections: City News & Spotlights and Council Resources are among the new sections offered.
  • Enhanced Visual Appearance: Check out videos, graphics and photo buttons depicting imagery of Beaumont.
  • New Interactive Chatbot: Ask Oakley or Mila for assistance.

"The launch of the City’s new website redesign establishes Beaumont’s commitment to providing the best possible experience for residents, visitors, and businesses alike," the city said in a news release.
