Beaumont's 105th Cherry Festival & Parade Returns This Weekend

BEAUMONT, CA — The 105th Annual Cherry Festival and Parade, an event dedicated to honoring the city’s rich agricultural history and strong community spirit, begins Thursday, according to the City of Beaumont. The event continues the city's long-established tradition of the Cherry Festival parade, planned for Friday, that celebrates shared community values and honors its historical roots as a small, agricultural town.

The Cherry Festival takes place from Thursday to Sunday at Noble Creek Regional Park, offering a variety of activities including carnival adventures, live entertainment, food vendors, and artisanal crafts and goods.

Cherry Festival Parade: Sweet Traditions, Strong Community

In preservation of its historic charm and local influence, the City of Beaumont is proud to host this year’s Cherry Festival Parade with the theme: “Sweet Traditions, Strong Community.” Join the community in welcoming the summer with this joyful and family-friendly event.

The parade will begin on Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to Noon along Beaumont Avenue and Sixth Street.

At the parade, you'll find nearly 50 diverse parade entries, including the Riverside Cowgirls Parade & Drill Team, the Gilman Ranch Hands, Desert Edge VFW Post 233, and the Beaumont High School Marching Band. The parade will be led by Beaumont High School Valedictorian Kate Landeros, Teacher of the Year Carrie Griffin, Citizen of the Year Susan Aguilar-Martinez, and Officer of the Year Lieutenant Nathan Lunt.
