Tonight we tried the new restaurant in town. The vibe was lively and fun. There was a problem, however with some patrons who were being very rude and impatient. I saw so many people verbally attacking the staff because of the long wait for food and service. The staff looked tired and beaten down but still had great attitudes.
We enjoyed pizza, soup, salad, bread, nachos and friendly service (party of 7). Thank you Boston’s staff for not giving up and continuing to try to satisfy a tough crowd. I’m sure it will get easier as you perfect your routine. We will return soon.
