'Continues To Show Up To Work': Moreno Valley Hero

MORENO VALLEY, CA — When times are tough, heroes emerge. We all know someone who's making a difference right now as we live through unprecedented times. Here at Patch, we've launched an initiative to help recognize these everyday heroes.

This submission comes from Christina Welch of Moreno Valley, who nominated Latriana Harrison, also of Moreno Valley:

Is the nominee considered an “essential worker”?:
Yes

What does the nominee do for work?:
She works as the Director of staffing department and infection control

Why do you believe the nominee should be recognized or honored?
She works long hard hours

What’s one thing you want everyone to know about your hero?:
Latriana is a hard worker and puts in long hours to make sure the facility is staffed adequately, daily is reporting to health department or implementing protocols sent by health department, monitoring and managing staff, and during challenging times continues to show up to work.
