Fatal SR-60 Crash Involving Big Rig: Motorcyclist ID'd

MORENO VALLEY, CA — A motorcyclist who was killed over the weekend in a crash involving a big rig was identified by the coroner as a San Diego man.

Derek Martin, 31, died at the crash scene early Saturday afternoon on eastbound state Route 60, just east of Day Street.

Crash details were not immediately available.

During the crash investigation by the California Highway Patrol's Riverside office, traffic was jammed on the freeway.
