Firefighters Use Jaws Of Life In I-60 Crash

A single-car crash that trapped a driver in Moreno Valley halted traffic near Gilman Springs.

MORENO VALLEY, CA — One person suffered moderate injuries and required extrication after a single-vehicle crash in Moreno Valley Sunday.

The crash was reported around 6:45 a.m. on the Moreno Valley (60) Freeway near the Gilman Springs off-ramp, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.

Arriving firefighters found the vehicle approximately 50 to 100 feet off the road with one person trapped inside, authorities said.
