After asking multiple teenage girls to enter his white Dodge Journey van, a man believed to be the suspect exposed himself instead.

MORENO VALLEY, CA — A 32-year-old man suspected of stalking two victims and indecent exposure in Moreno Valley was arrested Wednesday.
Deputies from the Riverside County Sheriff's Department's Moreno Valley Station arrested Armando Richard Garcia of Moreno Valley after investigators say they were able to link two similar incidents to him, Sgt. Alfredo Medina said.
On Tuesday, deputies investigated an allegation that a man had exposed himself to a young girl and repeatedly asked her to enter his car at Perris Boulevard and John F. Kennedy Drive, Medina said. The girl refused, ran away and contacted the sheriff's department.
