Interstate 10 Road Work To Cause Delays In Yucaipa Area

YUCAIPA, CA — Drivers headed eastbound on Interstate 10 into the Pass Area from the Yucaipa area on Wednesday night should expect delays as Caltrans works on the roadway, the agency announced.

The agency is "rehabilitating the pavement" between Live Oak Canyon and County Line Road beginning at 9 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 14. Work is expected to continue through the night, until 6 a.m. Thursday.

During this time, there will be alternating lane closures for asphalt paving work on the eastbound side of the freeway, according to Caltrans.

Planned work may change depending on the weather, the agency said.
