Lamb Canyon Crash Causes Highway Delays
A car reportedly caught on fire Wednesday afternoon.

SAN JACINTO, CA — A car erupted in flames while on state Route 79 Wednesday afternoon, prompting lane closures and traffic delays. The incident was reported at 3:05 p.m. on northbound state Route 79 near Gilman Springs Road, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The CHP incident log said the car crashed and caught on fire after an apparent road rage incident.
The incident blocked two lanes on the freeway and firefighters responded to the scene, according to the CHP log.
