Middle School Science Teacher Accused of Taking Inappropriate Photos of Female Students

A middle school science teacher was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of child annoying and possession of child pornography for allegedly taking inappropriate photos of female students in Perris, according to the Sheriff's Department.
On May 30, Perris police were contacted by administrators at Lakeside Middle School in Perris, Sgt. Glenn Williams of the sheriff's Perris Station said.
Police investigators said the teacher had taken "digital photos of his students without their knowledge, which focused on their chest and buttocks," Williams said.
A search warrant was served at the teacher's home in the 17000 block of Andalusian Court, Moreno Valley, Williams said. During the search, investigators recovered computers, weapons and cellphones.
"Computer analysis of the teacher's computers revealed several videos and pictures containing child pornography," Williams said.

On Tuesday Sept. 3, deputies arrested Eric Michael Samuel, 37, of Moreno Valley, at his residence, on suspicion of one felony and one misdemeanor. His bail was listed as $5,000. Samuel was held Tuesday afternoon at Southwest Detention Center in Murrieta, according to inmate records.
