Moreno Valley and Waste Management recognized Chili's and the Fast family for their recycling efforts.

From Chemistry PR: Chili’s Grill and the Fast family received special recognition from the City of Moreno Valley and Waste Management of the Inland Empire at this week’s council meeting for their exemplary recycling efforts as part of Waste Management’s “Recycling All Stars” program.

“As the environmental services partner to the city, we are thrilled to recognize the exemplary actions of these customers who are doing their part to recycle often and recycle right,” said Carolyn Anderson, Public Sector Manager for Waste Management. “Their actions help conserve natural resources as we work together to help the City of Moreno Valley meet State recycling goals.”

As part of the program, Waste Management drivers submit nominations from their respective routes based on several criteria including frequency of recycling and cleanliness of containers, meaning that no contaminants such as garbage are mixed in with recyclables.
