Motorcyclist Killed In Easter Weekend Crash ID'd

LAKEVIEW, CA — A motorcyclist killed in a collision with a van in the unincorporated community of Lakeview was publicly identified Sunday.

The crash happened at 8:06 a.m. Saturday at Gilman Springs Road and Bridge Street, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.

The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene, fire officials said.

He was identified as Aaron Rhoades, 45, of Idyllwild, according to the Riverside County coroner's office.
