According to a Facebook page launched to help find Francis, the young woman was on "an involuntary hold" at Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach when she was transferred out of Orange County to Canyon Ridge Behavioral Health in Chino.

Francis was then "dumped" by authorities into Muscoy with no money, no identification, no phone and no medications, according to the page.

Anyone with information about the case is asked to contact the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, Central Station, at 909-387-3545. Reference deputy report #012402851.
