Palm Springs Aerial Tramway Takes Restaurant Week to New Heights

If fine dining in an Alpine forest while enjoying views of the entire Coachella Valley sounds like an unlikely combination, then you’ve never visited Peak’s Restaurant at the top of the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. And there’s no better—or affordable—time to dine than during Palm Springs Restaurant Week May 29–June 7.
The three-course $38 Prix Fixe menu (exclusive of tax, gratuity and tram fare) includes:

· Starter—California Plum & Farro Salad, Maple Glazed Short Ribs or Crisped Rock Shrimp Tempura.
· Entree—Oven Roasted Monkfish, “Steakhouse” Pork Porterhouse or Hot Iron Seared Flat Iron Steak

· Dessert—Sea Salted Boudino, Caramelized Milk Bread or “Banana Cream Pie” Cheesecake.
Reduced Tram fares after 4:00 p.m. are $18 for adults and seniors (62+), and $12 for children (3-12) with confirmed Peaks Restaurant reservations during Restaurant Week. The last tram car up Sunday through Thursday is 8:00 p.m. with the last car down at 9:45 p.m. Friday and Saturday, the last tram car up is 9:00 p.m. with last tram car down at10:30 p.m.
