Person Found Dead Inside Vehicle Parked In Whitewater Driveway
The Central Homicide Unit of the Riverside County Sheriff's Department responded to the scene and assumed the investigation.
WHITEWATER, CA — A homicide investigation was underway Thursday after deputies found a person dead inside a vehicle in Whitewater.
Deputies responded at 12:46 p.m. Wednesday to a residence in the 15700 block of Country View Road regarding a dead person inside a vehicle in the driveway, according to Sgt. Deirdre Vickers, a spokesperson for the Riverside County Sheriff's Department.
"The Central Homicide Unit responded to the scene and assumed the investigation," Vickers said. "The investigation is ongoing, and there are no additional details at this time."
