RivCo House Fire Displaces 6 On Thanksgiving Day; Arson Being Investigated

An arson investigator was at the scene, authorities said.

RIVERSIDE, CA — Authorities Friday were investigating a structure fire that displaced six residents of a single-family home in Riverside.

The incident was reported just before 10 p.m. Thursday in the 10400 block of Stover Avenue, according the Riverside Fire Department.

Firefighters contained the fire to the home, which sustained major fire damage and was deemed uninhabitable, according to the RFD.

The American Red Cross was requested to assist the six displaced residents, who suffered no injuries.
