When he dropped the sister off at home on Sunday, family members approached his car, police said. That's when officials say Blackhorse Garcia sped off and hit the pregnant teenager with his car.

Blackhorse Garcia was booked into the Robert Presley Detention Center on charges of murder, hit-and-run resulting in death and unlawful sex with a minor, according to the department. He is being held without bail.

Police say there may be other victims who Blackhorse Garcia sexually abused.
