Riverside Home Erupts In Flame, Smoke Visible From 91 Freeway
A garage caught fire Wednesday, drawing a huge firefighter response to this Riverside neighborhood.

RIVERSIDE, CA — No one was injured in a Riverside house fire Wednesday morning, according to officials. According to the Riverside Fire Department, firefighters knocked down the blaze that fully engulfed a McKinley Street garage.
Shortly after 10 a.m. Wednesday, 911 callers reported smoke and flames coming from the home on the 3500 block of McKinley Street.
Three engine companies, one ambulance, and 16 firefighters arrived to find a detached garage well involved in fire, according to Battalion Chief Allen's statement.

Crews remained at the scene for approximately 90 minutes to extinguish hot spots, perform salvage operations, and investigate the cause.
