Series Of Earthquakes Rattle Inland Empire — Did You Feel Them?
The quakes ranged in magnitude from 2.5 to 3.5.
BIG BEAR CITY, CA — A series of earthquakes shook the Big Bear area Saturday night into Sunday morning.
The quakes, which began around 11:15 p.m. and continued until 6:20 a.m., ranged in magnitude from 2.5 to 3.5. Earthquakes with a magnitude of 3.5 are often felt but rarely cause major damage.

- 2.5, Big Bear City, 5:54 a.m.
- 2.6, Ocotillo Wells, 3:51 a.m.
- 3.5, Big Bear City, 3:41 a.m.
- 2.5, Cabazon, 3:34 a.m.
- 3.3, Big Bear City, 2:51 a.m.
- 3.3, Big Bear City, 11:15 p.m.
Not all the earthquakes reported by QuakeFeed were listed on the U.S. Geological Survey's website. The federal government is currently in the midst of a shutdown.
Some took to social media to discuss the earthquake activity.
