A Yucaipa driver suffering from an unspecified medical condition apparently lost control of her vehicle Tuesday in Redlands, struck several cars, jumped a curb, and landed her car on its side on top of another car, a city spokesman said.
Redlands police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 4:15 p.m. Nov. 5 to the rollover crash in the area of Nevada Street and Orange Tree Lane, according to Redlands spokesman Carl Baker.
"The driver struck a parked car before continuing north on Nevada street and sideswiping another vehicle in the southbound lane," Baker said. "The vehicle then crossed over a curb before rolling down a small embankment and coming to rest on the back of a parked Porsche."
Redlands paramedics were able to stabilize the driver while firefighters cut through the roof of the vehicle to extricate her, Baker said.
She suffered no apparent injuries and she was transported to a local hospital as a precaution, Baker said. She was identified as a 30-year-old resident of Yucaipa, but her name was not released.
