Considered one of Broadway’s most hilarious shows, Guys and Dolls has been described as one of the best musicals ever written for American theater, winning a Best Musical Comedy Award with its 1951 production debut.
Guys and Dolls tells the tale of Nathan Detroit, who bets fellow gambler Sky Masterson that he can’t make the next girl he sees fall in love with him. That “next girl” is Miss Sarah Brown, a pure-at-heart Salvation Army-type reformer. Featuring songs such as “Luck be a Lady,” this show is the perfect balance of story, dance, music, and romance. Don’t miss this rollicking, audience-pleasing family favorite that critics call “the perfect musical comedy!”
