Transit District Seeks Volunteers for Citizen Committee
The committee meets once a month.
San Mateo County Transit District authorities are seeking volunteers to join a 15-person citizen committee to advise on riders’ needs.
There are eight open positions:
- Three community representatives
- Four bus rider representatives
- One multimodal representative
Interested candidates can download an application or call 650-508-6279. Applications are due March 4, 2011.

The committee meets on the first Wednesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. at the agency’s office in San Carlos.
