Adele Buys Sylvester Stallone's Beverly Hills Home For $58M
From one megastar to another... Adele is moving in to Sylvester Stallone's Beverly Hills home for a steep price.
BEVERLY HILLS, CA — Believe it or not, $58 million is actually a pretty good price for Adele's new home.
Adele is putting $58 million down on Sylvester Stalone's Beverly Hills home, TMZ reported, but the "Rocky" star had originally listed the 18,000 square foot Beverly Park behemoth for $110 million.
Apparently Stallone has moved to Florida with his family, Daily Mail reported.

The home was designed by Richard Landry, who helped create Tom Brady's $33.9 million Boston home and many other massive Los Angeles homes.
The property has gorgeous city and mountain views and a massive outdoor pool circled by black statues. The home has eight bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, according to Architectural Digest.

Inside, the home has a gym, a cigar room, a two-story guest house, a screening room and more, TMZ reported.
