Kylie Jenner Lists Concrete Compound For $48 Million

The property has 12-foot halls and 9.5 bathrooms, according to reports.

LOS ANGELES — Reality television star and cosmetics mogul Kylie Jenner has listed her concrete compound in Holmby Hills for $48 million after finishing work on a custom-built property in Hidden Hills, according to reports.

The Holmby Hills residence is over 15,000 square feet with 12-foot walls, seven bedrooms, guesthouses, cabanas and a sports court, Mansion Global reported, adding Jenner bought the home on North Mapleton Drive in 2020 for $36.5 million.

She listed the property, which has 9.5 bathrooms, on Monday, according to Realtor.com.

Jenner also bought a 5-acre lot for $15 million in 2020 in Hidden Hills, according to Architectural Digest, submitting plans for an 18,000-square-foot house with a 12-car garage and numerous other amenities.
