Bacari Brings Mediterranean Tapas to Beverly Hills

Bacari has opened it’s seventh LA location in the 90210 in the old Villa Blanca space.

Executive Chef Lior Hillel brings his classic Mediterranean small plates to the pretty French inspired location. Inside diners can lounge in cozy green banquettes or wood tables for two with candles, brick walls, floral curtains and windows that open to the small patio. Al fresco dining includes small tables that overlook flowers in window baskets with the advantage of people watching in the heart of Beverly Hills.

The menu includes a few new dishes exclusive to the Beverly Hills location, including a delicious lentil stew, red wine braised beef cheeks with goat cheese polenta and roasted squash with a cashew salsa and arugula salad. Other standout dishes include the Mediterranean street corn with crema, feta and lemon; seared salmon with a walnut crust; fried chicken sliders; pasta with pasilla pepper cream; pan seared sea bass with charred shisito peppers and corn; shawarma chicken tacos, ricotta and beet gnocchi; petit filet with bearnaise; glazed pork belly and chipotle chicken wings. Bacari’s pizzas are also great to share, including the Asian pear and brie, margherita, smoked mushroom and cheese, bacon and double cream brie and vegan tomato.

For dessert, The Best Cake with dates and bacon is delicious. Other dessert options include the feta filo with honey, bread pudding, ice cream and double chocolate cake.

Custom cocktails include the Bavaria with tequila, watermelon and jalapeno; Strawberry Fizz Forever with vodka, strawberry, and lemongrass; Permanent Vacation with pineapple rum, amaro montenegro, lime and bruleed pineapple; Love Letter with honeyed whiskey, passionfruit and toasted marshmallow and Espress Yourself with vodka, coffee liqueur and condensed milk.

Bacari Beverly Hills is located at 9601 Brighton Way in Beverly Hills, open Monday to Thursday 11:30am to 10:30pm, Friday from 11:30am to 11:30pm, Saturday from 10:30am to 11:30pm and Sunday from 10:30 am to 10:30pm.
