Backdraft Ball Returns Tuesday to Hilton

The annual event raises money to support members of the Beverly Hills Firemen's Association after retirement, along with their families.

Now in its 20th year, the Beverly Hills Firemen's Association Backdraft Ball takes place Tuesday at the with host Jay Leno.

The event is the BHFA's main fundraiser of the year and supports the Post-Retirement Medical Benefit Trust Fund, which provides medical insurance for city firefighters—and their families—after they retire.

More than 1,000 guests are expected to attend in honor of the city's fire department personnel. There will be a silent and live auction. Supporters can donate to the silent auction by completing the online auction form, or can purchase tickets or tribute book pages via the Backdraft Ball reservation form.
