Beverly Hills Named 2nd Most Expensive Real Estate Market In The U.S.
90210 had the second-highest median listing price this year out of every zip code in the U.S.
BEVERLY HILLS, CA — With a median listing price of $6.29 million, the real estate market in 90210 is the second-most expensive in the entire country, according to a new report from the home buying website Realtyhop.
Realtyhop crunched numbers from over 3 million for-sale listings on its website between Jan. 1 and Oct. 15 to determine the nation's most expensive zip codes.
90210 is the second-most expensive in the country, second only to 94027, Atherton in the Bay Area, where the median listing price was $7.95 million.

California is home to six of the top 10 most expensive zip codes in Realtyhop's report.
And the city of Los Angeles is home to seven of the country's 100 most expensive zip codes — the most of any single city. The city's most expensive zip codes are Bel Air Estates/Beverly Glen's 90077 ($3.5 million median listing price) and Pacific Palisades' 90272 ($3.4 million).
