Buster Keaton's Former Beverly Hills Estate Back Together Again

Sixty years after they were subdivided, two of the three parcels that were part of Keaton's estate are joined under a single ownership again

BEVERLY HILLS, CA -- Two properties that were part of Buster Keaton's Beverly Hills estate are now under single ownership again, the Los Angeles Times reported.

Bill Guthy and his wife, Victoria Jackson, bought the property that was once part of the silent-film star's former home for $16.2 million through a probate sale, according to the Times. The couple already owns the main Keaton estate, which was bought for $17 million in 2002, the Times reported.

The estate was originally built for Keaton in 1926 and has had a string of famous owners, including Cary Grant and his wife, heiress Barbara Hutton, and James and Pamela Mason, according to the Times.
