Charlie Puth Lists Beverly Hills Home For $17M: Report
The Grammy-nominated singer has listed his 1965 Trousdale Estates home, which was designed by architect Rex Lotery.
BEVERLY HILLS, CA — Singer-songwriter Charlie Puth has listed his Midcentury home in Trousdale Estates for just under $17 million, according to Robb Report.
The four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bath home was built in 1965 and designed by renowned architect Rex Lotery. Boasting large windows and a two-story living room, the 4,800-square-foot home was recently renovated, according to the listing.
Puth, 32, bought the property for around $9 million in 2017. Its past owners include Freddie de Cordova, a longtime producer of the Johnny Carson-era "Tonight Show," according to Robb Report.
