Crustacean, Popular Beverly Hills Restaurant, Closes For Renovation

The restaurant will reopen in the fall as a dual restaurant, spread across two floors.

BEVERLY HILLS, CA — The popular Crustacean restaurant in Beverly Hills will close June 22 for a massive remodel, according to the Eater Los Angeles. The eatery will reopen in the fall with two different concepts.

The remodel will include a multi-functional space with modular walls to section off dining areas for large parties or private event, according to the Eater. But the biggest change will be a pair of concepts that will split across both floors of the building.

Reps for the House of An, which owns and operates the eatery since 1997, have not disclose what the concept for the second floor is yet, but the Eater postulates that it could be a more personalized experience from the family's secret kitchen.
