Drake Rents $65 Million Beverly Hills Mansion

BEVERLY HILLS, CA — Out of Hidden Hills and into Beverly Hills — Drake made his way into a $65 million rental house in Trousdale Estates, Dirt reported.

The singer has been living in Hidden Hills since 2012, and owns a 50,000 square foot property in Toronto.

The Beverly Hills home Drake is renting, dubbed "Elementi," is 18,000 square feet. The extravagant home is meant to be intertwined with the nature surrounding, with a huge courtyard, dramatic waterfall and a 150-year-old olive tree straight from Tuscany, Dirt reported.

But sources tell Dirt Drake really is here for a short time, and doesn't plan to settle down in Beverly Hills.
