Extended-Stay Hotel Coming to Beverly Hills
Guests will have to pay a minimum of $12,000 and stay at least a month to make a booking.

An extended-stay hotel is under construction in Beverly Hills, where guests will have to pay a $12,000 minimum to make a reservation, according to the Los Angeles Times.
The newspaper reports that prices will start at $400 per night with a minimum one month stay:
The property now known as AKA Beverly Hills at 155 N. Crescent Drive is undergoing $10 million worth of renovations to prepare for an Oct. 1 opening. It’s intended to serve travelers who will be in town for more than a few days but not long enough to justify leasing an apartment.
According to the AKA Beverly Hills website, the hotel will feature 88 one- and two-bedroom furnished apartments, private access bi-level townhouses and penthouse suites.
