BEVERLY HILLS, CA — Online gambling company FanDuel recently bought a Wilshire Boulevard office building for $71 million, according to a report.

The 50,200-square-foot building is located at 9000 Wilshire Blvd., just east of Doheny Drive. The $71 million purchase price is four times the per-square-foot average for offices in Southern California, the Commercial Observer reported.

The four-story building was completed by construction firm Skanska last year. It's the Swedish company's first Los Angeles-area development, according to the publication.
