BEVERLY HILLS, CA — Actor Francesca Eastwood, the daughter of Clint Eastwood, will avoid criminal charges after she was arrested in October on suspicion of felony domestic violence, according to a report.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office declined to prosecute the case, citing insufficient evidence connected to Eastwood's Oct. 12 arrest, the Los Angeles Times reported.
Eastwood's boyfriend was driving around Beverly Hills with Eastwood in the passenger seat the night of her arrest when the pair got into an argument that escalated. Her boyfriend called police, who advised him to drive to the Beverly Hills Police Department to meet with officers, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
