Kanye West Buys $35 Million Mansion In Beverly Hills
The move comes after West made the controversial decision to gut and resell an architectural masterpiece in SoCal earlier this year.

BEVERLY HILLS, CA — Kanye West recently purchased a new Southern California mansion after he made the controversial move to gut and resell an architectural masterpiece in the area earlier this year, according to reports.
The rapper bought a $35 million home designed by Richard Landry in the Beverly North Park community, complete with nearly 7 acres, Realtor.com reported. The mansion includes 11 bedrooms, 18 bathrooms, a tennis court, a pool and a multi-story guest house connected by an open bridge to the 20,000-square-foot main residence, according to Realtor.com.
West bought his new home after selling a Malibu masterpiece designed by Tadao Ando from which he had removed the windows and interior fixtures, according to previous reports, which noted West purchased the Ando house for $57 million and sold it three years later for $39 million.
