This Is The Most Coveted Address In SoCal, Survey Says

BEVERLY HILLS, CA — The most coveted address in Southern California is in Beverly Hills, according to a recent ranking.

Real Estate CRM review website Agent Advice commissioned a survey of 3,000 respondents to determine the top aspirational streets in America, where a mailbox signifies a person has “arrived.”

In Southern California, the top-ranked street was Laurel Way in Beverly Hills. The address was No. 2 on the overall list, coming in between two Florida streets — Casey Key Road in Nokomis at No. 1 and Gordon Drive in Naples at No. 3.

"Perhaps unsurprisingly, a stretch of road in well-known Beverly Hills emerged among the most coveted in the nation,” a news release about the ranking said. "Laurel Way is an exclusive enclave of luxurious estates featuring modern architecture, sprawling grounds, and breathtaking vistas of LA. This street epitomizes the perfect blend of sophistication and seclusion."

One other California address, Skyline Boulevard in Oakland, made the top 10 at No. 8. Additionally, nine other California streets made the overall list with these descriptions from Agent Advice.

#11 Malibu Colony Road in Malibu. "Often referred to as "The Colony," this gated community offers beachfront homes that are among the most coveted in the Los Angeles area, with direct access to Malibu's famous beaches."

#13 Sea Cliff Avenue in San Francisco. "Situated in the Sea Cliff neighborhood overlooking the Golden Gate Bridge, S Sea Cliff Avenue features elegant homes with sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean, Lands End, and the Marin Headlands."

#26 Emerald Bay in Laguna Beach. "Emerald Bay offers luxury homes with private beach access, oceanfront living, and panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean."

#28 Oak Knoll Terrace in Pasadena. "Nestled in the San Rafael Hills, Oak Knoll Terrace features historic mansions and elegant homes with beautifully landscaped gardens, offering a tranquil retreat close to the amenities of downtown Pasadena."

#30 Bel Air Road in Los Angeles. "Prestigious Bel Air Road is lined with multimillion-dollar estates, gated compounds, and celebrity homes, offering privacy, exclusivity, and panoramic views of the city."

#48 Montecito Drive in San Marino. "Situated in the affluent city of San Marino, Montecito Drive features upscale homes with manicured lawns, grand architecture, and proximity to the Huntington Library, Art Museum, and Botanical Gardens."

#53 East Cliff Drive in Santa Cruz. "Running along the scenic coastline of Santa Cruz, East Cliff Drive features oceanfront homes and beachfront estates with stunning views of Monterey Bay, offering residents a relaxed coastal lifestyle."

#83 N Carolwood Drive in Los Angeles. "This street is in one of the most prestigious residential neighborhoods in LA, with large estates that have been home to numerous celebrities and business tycoons."

#140 Nimes Road in Los Angeles. "Nestled in the prestigious Bel Air neighborhood, Nimes Road is known for its luxury estates and exclusive ambiance. The street features sprawling properties with gated entrances, meticulously landscaped gardens, and impressive architectural designs."
