Police Ask For Help Identifying Hit-and-Run Driver
The driver of a black BMW headed south after critically injuring an 87-year-old female pedestrian.

Authorities sought public help Tuesday to find the hit-and-run motorist responsible for critically injuring an 87-year-old woman as she walked in the Rancho Park area.
The woman was injured about 9:30 a.m. Oct. 6 at Tennessee and Overland avenues, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
“The driver fled the scene, south on Overland Avenue toward Pico Boulevard, without stopping to render aid,” police said.

The hit-and-run vehicle was described as a 2013-2015 black BMW 740i sedan with red and yellow “McKenna” dealer paper plates. The suspect was described only as a male.
